Lennar Arizona closed on its purchase of 195 pre-platted lots in Preserve Twin Peaks located at Twin Peaks and Camino De Manana.
The deal, worth $6.7 million, is one of the largest single purchase of lots sold in the metro Tucson market in the last year, according to a recent report.
The purchase price per lot amounts to just under $35,000. One hundred twenty nine lots are sized at just over one-tenth of an acre (50 feet by 100 feet) and sixty-six lots are just under one-quarter of an acre (70 feet by 130 feet). In total, the lots cover 100 acres.
The parcel is located near the intersections of West Camino de Manana, West Twin Peaks Road and North Blue Bonnet Road. The main access point for the Preserve Twin Peaks will be via Camino de Manana.
