Dunbar Spring is a historic downtown neighborhood located between Broadway and 6th Street. Stone and Main avenues form the east and west borders, respectively.

The surrounding area is rich with amenities, parks, historic sites and restaurants. Anita Street Market is within walking distance, and Estevan Park is located in the northwest corner of the neighborhood. The neighborhood is also home to Dunbar Pavilion community center.

The neighborhood was developed in 1904 and has a mixture of architectural style from Sonoran to early 20th century revival.
