El Encanto Estates historic homes in Tucson

Developed between the 1920s and 1960s, El Encanto Estates is a Tucson historic neighborhood with beautiful homes representative of Spanish colonial, mission, and Pueblo revival styles.

The neighborhood's homes, which average 3,000 square feet, are laid out along curved streets that resemble a wagon wheel. The circular center of the neighborhood is a desert landscape park. Lot sizes range from less than one-half of an acre to more than an acre in size.

El Encanto is bordered by East 5th Street and East Broadway Boulevard to the north and south, respectively. The western and eastern border streets are North Country Club Drive and Guapo Way.

El Encanto offers a suburban feel admist the hustle and bustle of central Tucson. El Con Mall is located just east of the neighborhood along Broadway. Just across Broadway from El Encanto Estates is Reid Park and the Randolph Dell Urich Golf Course. It is approximately 5 miles to I-10 access in downtown.
