Indian House is an enclave of homes situated on larger plots of land ranging from 2+ to 6+ acres in size. There are 11 historic homes in the neighborhood that date from the 1920s to 1950s.

Home styles represented in the neighborhood, which sits between East 5th Street and Broadway Boulevard, include Southwestern Revival and Mid-Century Modern. 

Indian House is convenient to the main Broadway and Speedway corridors for shopping and dining. Park Place mall is just south of Indian House. St. Joseph's Hospital is also only a few minutes outside the neighborhood.
