Aldea Linda historic homes in Tucson

Aldea Linda is one of Tucson's many historic neighborhoods and dates backs to the late 1940s. Existing amidst the modern day hustle and bustle, the enclave of 15 homes sits at the intersections of East 22nd Street and South Swan Road in east Tucson.

The deed restrictions assure the land always remains residential with large home lots and deep setback off the street. In addition to the 15 homes, the Aldea Linda area also includes three empty lots that used to be a grass farm; a Buddhist temple; and a Unitarian Universalist Church.

Homes in Aldea Linda are on large lots along East Calle Jabali. The ranch homes vary in style and are surrounded by low-lying desert landscape and brush.

Aldea Linda is convenient to a variety of shopping and dining along East 22nd Street and is only minutes from Reid Park and the Pima Air and Space Museum. I-10/I-19 access is also only 5 miles west from Aldea Linda.
