Barrio Santa Rosa covers 30 acres just south of downtown Tucson and is one of the city's many historic neighborhoods near downtown.
There are more than 120 buildings in the neighborhoods built in a variety of styles out of adobe, wood and brick. There are many examples of the indigenous Sonoran style architecture in Barrio Santa Rosa as well as Craftsman bungalows and ranches.
Barrio Santa Rosa is just south of Barrio Libre and is within walking distance of many of the city's best eateries and destinations. Santa Rosa Recreation Center and Park is centrally located in the neighborhood.
