Nestled into the foothill of "A" Mountain (Sentinel Peak) is the historic district of Menlo Park, which was platted in 1913 as the city's first major subdivision west of the Santa Cruz River.
Menlo Park features Spanish Colonial Revival, Craftsman Bungalow, Prairie, post-World War II Ranch, and Mid-century Modern architectural styles. Homes average 1,600 square feet on lots of less than one-quarter of an acre.
Menlo Park is close to I-10 and downtown, via St. Mary's Road and Congress Street.
