Rincon Heights was developed in the late 1800s as one of Tucson's first suburban neighborhoods and has a mixture of architectural styles displayed throughout.
The neighborhood sits just south of the UofA campus and is bordered by 6th Street to the north and 12th Street to the south. North Campbell and Park avenues form the borders to the east and west, respectively.
There are more than 600 residences in Rincon Heights. Homes range in size from approximately 600 square feet to 1,400 square feet on lots less than two-tenths of an acre. Rincon Heights homes were mainly built between the 1920s and 1940s.
