Tucson's San Clemente historic district is located east of downtown adjacent to Randolph Dell Urich Golf Course just off Broadway Boulevard.
Developed beginning in the 1920s, the historic neighborhood gets its name from the eponymous California city.
Though a dozen architectural styles are represented in the neighborhood, ranches and Spanish Colonial Revival account for the majority of homes. Sizes average 2,200 square feet for 2-5 bedroom homes on lots of up to just less than one-half acre.
Its east-central location makes San Clemente accessible to a variety of restaurants, shops and entertainment, including El Con Center, located just across Broadway Boulevard.
