West University is Tucson's largest historic district and dates back to the late 1800s. As its name implies, it sits adjacent to the UofA campus with University Boulevard bisecting the neighborhood.
There are a variety of building styles represented in the area including art deco and Craftsman style bungalows.
The neighborhood is within walking distance to a myriad restaurants, shops and campus amenities.
West University is bordered by Speedway and 6th to the north and south, respectively. North Park and Stone avenues define the neighborhood's borders to the east and west, respectively.
