Remember the 1950's when there was always a home that everyone gravitated to? The one in the neighborhood that just felt ''right''? Well this is that home, and this is that right time to pass it on to the next generation.Huge pool with a ramada complete w/ bar that is so perfect for entertaining. (There is even a pool bath!) The kitchen is fun as it is, but wow, would it be great to ''re-invent'' it. The formal dining room is wonderful, but the kitchen banquette (the kind with the built in bench) will likely become everyone's favorite spot. Even a big family room! The large carports that the home has.... rare in the 50's to have so much covered parking. The frosting, is it is priced below the appraised value! I wouldn't miss this one... it's special.
