Ranch homes in the neighborhood average about 1,200 square feet and have attached car ports or two-car garages. Most of the homes were built in the early 1990s.
I-19 is only a few minutes east of the neighborhood, and there is a variety of shopping and dining choices just outside Greens at Midvale Park along Valencia Road. Downtown Tucson via I-19 to I-10 is approximately 15 minutes north.
Schools serving the neighborhood include Grijalva and Miller Elementary; Pistor Middle; and Pueblo, Cholla and Tucson High. Grijalva Elementary is located in the neighborhood on West Drexel Road.
