The established neighborhood of Enchanted Hills in west Tucson is a great community of primarily smaller, single-family ranch homes. There are also condominiums located at the northwest corner of the neighborhood.
Homes in Enchanted Hills were built mostly in the early 1970s on smaller lots of up to one-third of an acre. The location is perfect for a quick trip to I-10 to head to the airport just to the south or downtown Tucson to the north. Nothing in the way of shopping or dining is more than 10 minutes away. John F. Kennedy Park is just south of the neihborhood and offers ball fields, a pool, tennis courts and walking trails.
The schools that serve children living in Enchanted Hills are: Oyama, Lynn and Henry Elementary; Valencia, Maxwell K-8, and Vail Middle; and Cholla, Palo Verde, and Pueblo High schools.
