Some call this establishment a dive bar, but it is more accurately described as a neighborhood saloon or tavern. Their web site describes it as a cocktail bar. Mostly known as just “The Boondocks”, this bar is properly known as Nancy’s Boondocks.

In the better interest of night shift workers, The Boondocks is open from 8 AM to Midnight seven days a week. When you walk in you will find a long U-shaped bar, with plenty of seating. Around the rest of the building you’ll find many high top tables.

Boondocks offers several draft beer choices, a broad selection of canned beers and has a full bar. They also prepare several choices of pub food, to include a breakfast.

Besides their drinks, Boondocks has four pool tables (free pool on Sundays!), two electric dart boards, a couple of arcade machines, a juke box and they have an ATM. Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays Boondocks has Karaoke. Scattered about the building there are 12 televisions covering sporting events.

Boondocks is dog friendly, and they have a patio area that y0u can take your drink out with you to have a smoke.

You will find lots of parking on both the north and south sides of the Boondocks building.
