If you come check out Green Acres Estates in Tucson, don’t expect to be met by Eddie Albert

and Eva Gabor from the old TV series. No Arnold the pig either. Green Acres is a well

established neighborhood, with homes built in the mid to late 1970’s, when construction

materials were still higher quality than today’s, and building codes meant something.

Green Acres Estates is a neighborhood in Tucson, Arizona. Green Acres Estates mostly

features midsize homes that are very reasonably priced. This is a well-established community

that continues to attract interest from buyers looking in the Tucson area.

Green Acres is bounded on the south/south-east by East Wrightstown Road, Arena Drive on

the north, and un-named alleys to the east and west.

Being on the northeast side of the City of Tucson, the Green Acres subdivision tends toward a

lower crime rate, fewer traffic infractions, and generally less traffic than other sections of the

city.

Student education in Green Acres is serviced by the well rated Tucson Unified School District.

Pre-Kindergarten to 6 th Grade education is provided by Bloom Elementary School; Grades 6-

8 are taught at Magee Middle School; and High School students attend Sabino High School.

In addition to TUSD schools, you will find two charter schools, Academy of Tucson

Elementary and Tucson Country Day School.

views, the neighborhood is quiet, pleasant and friendly. People walk their dogs with relative

calm, children play in yards without threats, and homes are considered safe from any

violations.

Toward the north side of Green Acres neighborhood, you will find La Rienda Stables, a

woman owned horse boarding and rental stable, very convenient to the neighborhood.

Certainly something to consider. Other operations of note include chapels and care facilities.

Other neighborhoods in the vicinity include Seneca Terrace, Pio Decimo, Pantano Vista,

Desert Palms Park, Tanque Verde Bend, Tanque Verde Creek and Tanque Verde Vista.

Green Acres is a quiet, friendly neighborhoos, with all the expected facilities you would expect

in Tucson.

Green Acres Estates is a very nice place to live with affordable housing & great amenities. It's an older, established area that offers residents quite a lot.
