Down Payment Assistance (D.P.A.) programs are available for purchasing homes in Tucson (D.P.A. for Pima County which encompasses greater Tucson and other desirable areas close to Tucson)!!  One can currently acquire 2%-5% of the purchase price in the form of a non-repayable grant (1% additional for qualified military).  There are income limitations in order to qualify for the program as well as credit limitations.  There is also a purchase price limit.  Nevertheless, this is an excellent opportunity to purchase an incredible property in Tucson or surrounding areas!
