Canada Hills - Built on and around the El Conquistador Country Club, Canada Hills is truly lovely. With 36 holes of golf, the golfer will not get bored.  And, the non-golfer can certainly enjoy the tremendous setting and views as well as the country club. Homes range in price from around $200K - around $500K.

Canada Hills Estates - Also located near the El Conquistador Country Club, Canada Hills is a gated community with fantastic homes on larger lots than Canada Hills.  The hilly terrain of Canada Hills Estates adds a wonderful feel to the neighborhood and provides many residences with georgeous views.  Price points for homes tend to be $500K plus. 

Carmel Pointe - Near the El Conquistador, Carmel Pointe is a smallish subdivision with smaller homes.  Carmel Pointe is a gated community close to everything Oro Valley has to offer. Generally, homes in Carmel Pointe are priced in the $200K - $300K range.

El Conquistador Resort - There are patio homes on the resort that are situated along the edges of the executive 9-hole course (there are 36 holes of golf on the resort). These homes are very popular with retirees, but would suit an a younger professional and or family as well. A quick walk along the course takes on to the resort for lunch by the pool or a nice dinner. Generally, prices range from $200K - $300K.

Golf Club at Vistoso - Located in Rancho Vistoso, Oro Valley, AZ., the homes here are located by one of Tucson's best desert courses.  The natural beauty here is stunning.  What a place to play and live! Homes here run in the $400K - $800K range. 

Oro Valley Country Club - The golf course here has a mid-western feel with open, tree-lined fairways.  Talk about views!  Wow!  There is also a lake that sits in front of the clubhouse. The clubhouse is relatively new, and very nice.  Social activities are organized here as well as dining and relaxing  This is an elegant development that's a very peaceful place to live and play.  Homes are priced from the $400Ks - $1M+.

Stone Canyon - This a luxury subdivision with homes on large lots scattered throughout the mountain foothills.  Stone Canyon boasts a world-class golf course.  The club house is very nice too.  Tennis courts, a fitness center, and hiking/biking trails are all in Stone Canyon. This is a luxury development.  Properties here range from $900Ks - $4M. 

Sun City Oro Valley - This is a retirement community, and has many organized activities to keep folks engaged and active.  It's a very social place.  Homes here are generally priced in the low $200K - $500K range.

Villages at La Canada - This is a gated, golf subdivsion close to everything.  Many of the homes are situated right on the golf course.  Property here ranges in the $200Ks.  

Vistoso Golf Casitas - Situated around the Vistoso Golf Club, these golf condos are very nice. They range in price from mid $100Ks - mid $200s.

Vistoso Resort Casitas - Condominium Property here is situated around the Vistoso Golf Course.  Condos here range from the mid $100Ks - mid $200s.
