Countryside Heights is a community with 7 different Countryside subdivisions. Each one offers different homes at different price points, and each subdivision has a different “feel” to it. The Countryside Heights communities are located just East of I-10 (Tucson's major highway) and just North of Cortaro Road. Downtown Tucson and The University of Arizona are about a 15-20 minute drive away.

This super-convenient location has access to many, many amenities. Shopping, dining, entertainment, parks, and places of worship are aplenty to cater to most people's tastes. Marana Unified School District serves the Countryside Heights communities and there are a few different Charter Schools close by.

5 of the 7 Countryside Heights communities are part of the Countryside Community Club. The dues are $40/m, and the Countryside Community Club is awesome. It sits on a 10 acre “park” with club rooms, junior Olympic swimming pool, wading pool, whirlpool, playgrounds, playing fields (soccer and baseball), basketball, tennis on faux grass courts, racquetball, horseshoe pits, sand volleyball, and ramadas with pick nick tables and grills. It's nice!

Currently there are very few homes for sale in Countryside Heights. People love living there, and they stay. Currently there are 4 homes for sale in the community. The median price currently is just over $100/sq-ft. The median closing price is $205,000. In my opinion, the value of Countryside Heights homes will be rising. The location, amenities, and reasonable price points for the greater-Tucson area make me think that Countryside Heights is currently a great buy.

There are many other NW Tucson communities nearby that greatly increase the current housing offerings.
