Residents of the Miramonte neighborhood enjoy the convenience, parks, shopping, dining, friendly neighbors, diversity and quiet calm the neighborhood offers.  There are no "track homes" in the Miramonte neighborhood.

Gentrified properties do come on the market regularly, but they sell quickley. Some of the properties hold Historic Status which means VERY low real estate taxes.
