Situated high up in the foothills just north of Skyline Drive, Foothills Clusters has 350 single-story homes built from the mid-1970s.

The quiet neighborhood of 35 cul de sac streets is bounded by Alvernon Way to the east. The neighborhood is accessible via Evans Mountain Drive from both Skyline Drive and Alvernon Way.

Living in Foothills Clusters means being less than 10 minutes away from everything the desert has to offer - mountains, hiking trails and wildlife. Finger Rock Trail head is only 5 minutes away, as well as a variety of other hiking and outdoor options. La Paloma Country Club is just across East Skyline Drive for those wanting to join a nearby country club.
