A Tucson office building that covers approximately 5,100 square feet of ground has sold for over half a million dollars. And given who its new owner is, the building's sale might just be the start of a whole host of change for it.
A Sahuarita, Arizona investor named Lanny Bui has bought the two-story building from Leftovers Dog, LLC for $550,000 as an investment sale. The building, which is located at 702 S. Craycroft Road in Tucson, currently hosts several different tenants, including Hunter Employment Services, Buy Low Cost Insurance and Farmer's Insurance. Records show that the sale closed on August 13th.
For Bui, the investor, the possibilities that lay ahead in regards to his new property are endless. Though the office does appear to be relatively modern, it was constructed back in 1979, leaving open limitless potential for Bui to remodel or redesign the existing structure. And with such limited supply of possible investment properties in the area, Bui certainly seems to have gotten a good deal, having bought the office building for roughly $108 per square foot.
Cameron Casey of Oxford Realty Advisors handled Lanny Bui's side of the negotiations. Carl Weinstein, of Leftovers Dog, LLC, represented himself in the sale.
