Star Valley is a beautiful neighborhood near downtown Tucson with great mountain views. There are many included amenities like a community park, fenced in dog parks, basketball courts, walking and jogging paths, and many playgrounds. There is also a state of the art golf course just minutes outside the community as well as local shopping options, restaurants, and entertainment. 

The homes in Star Valley were built within the last decade and range from 1300 to 2300 square feet. The average price for a home in the neighborhood is $155,000.

In the last year, prices of homes in Star Valley range from $220,000 to $317,000. The highest sold price in the last year was $317,000 but the highest current active listing is priced at $265,000. The average list price of sold homes is $262,219 and the average list price of active homes is $265,000.

In the last year, the amount of homes sold per month in Star Valley increased for six months and then took a slight dip. The average seller discount has remained steady. From one year ago, the average sales price has continued to slightly increase steadily.

The average price per square foot stayed pretty steady for about six months from one year ago and has since dipped down.
